Attended Adventist Primary School, Inisa; Oro Grammar School (all male School), Kwara State, 1966-1970; Fed. Govt. College, Warri for HSC 1971-1972; University of Ibadan, 1972-1976 - B. Sc Physiology and M.Ed in Counselling & Psychology, 1994: Obafemi Awolowo University, M.P.A, 2004.

Started as classroom teacher, rose to Vice Principal (1977-1983);

Civil Service: Education Officer rose through ranks (including Principalship of Osun State School of Science, Ile Ife (1999-2006) in the Ministry of Education, Oyo and Osun States (1984-2009);

Permanent Secretary in the Osun State Civil Service, in the Teaching Service Commission; Ministries of Home Affairs; Culture & Tourism as well as Youth, Sports and Special needs (2009-2012).

Retired on July 8, 2012.

Married to Mrs A F. Alao (nee Kehinde, also a Retired School Vice Principal).

We're divinely blessed with 4 Godly Children, all married independently doing well to and under, the Glory and Grace of God.
