A buzzword is a trendy word or phrase that gets thrown around a lot because it sounds impressive, but often lacks real action behind it.

For example, words like innovation, empowerment, or even inclusion can become buzzwords if people say them without truly living them out.

So in this context, we’re saying that inclusion shouldn’t just be a feel-good term schools and parents use — it must translate into real, everyday actions that make children feel valued.

But here’s the thing: inclusion isn’t a slogan. It’s a daily commitment to make every child feel seen, valued, and understood.

And sometimes, it starts with the smallest, simplest things.

 

More Than Just “Fitting In”

Picture this: a little girl stands quietly in the corner during group play. She isn’t being mean or shy — she just doesn’t feel like she belongs.
